You may request <br />this amount as soon as you have begun preliminary engineering or other design <br />work. You may begin design work sooner. <br />• A set of plans must be submitted to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Office for <br />approval before any construction work begins. <br />• Work (design/engineering) should begin by October 1, 1999. The project should be <br />completed within two years (a later date may be chosen with written approval by this <br />office). <br />• Final payment will be released upon completion of the project and inspection by the <br />Bicycle and Pedestrian Program office or an ODOT representative. <br />Please obtain signatures on all three copies and return two copies to this office at your <br />earliest convenience, but no later than May 15th. Failure to execute the agreement by <br />this date may result in Zoss of state funding for this project. <br />This project will serve local bicyclists and pedestrians well.
