i, <br />'~_ <br />LYNNES Jenny E <br />From: LYNNES Jenny E <br />To: LINDSTROM Lana <br />Subject: Igip 4909 <br />Date: Monday, March 23, 1998 10:22AM <br />Memo: <br />Over the last couple of weeks in discussions with Diane Galida from ODOT, Gale Mills at PWE, ahd <br />yourself, I have discovered the following: <br />a) The State of Oregon Transportation Department did not make any draws on the Igip 4909 set up for Highway <br />99N -southern section construction. <br />b) The state will not be making any draws due to adjusted language in the agreement AND under-runs in the <br />cost of the project. <br />c) The state also does not have a 'Power of Attorney' for Igip #4909. <br />Conclusion: The funds which are currently deposited in Igip #4909 are uncommitted and available for the City of <br />Eugene to do with as they see fit. <br />Suggestion: Please remove the funds from Igip #4909 and credit ACK 351-9332-61735-925364-000. <br />Thank you, jenny x5834 <br />Page 1 <br />
