Bond, Director of Financ <br /> Oregon State Treasury <br /> RE: Change in Fees to Local Governments participating in the Oregon Short-Term Fund <br /> (OSTF) <br /> Through our budget process, we have analyzed the fees we charge State and local participants in <br /> the OSTF and determined that the differences in the rate schedules between these classes of <br /> participants is no longer appropriate as the costs of local participant activity was not being <br /> . adequately captured.
