<br /> F' <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT _ <br /> Architect and Engineer <br /> BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br /> Municipal Corporation <br /> AND: Environmental Solutions, LLC. <br /> Contract No.: 2009-00233 <br /> This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal <br /> Services Master Contract master contract #2009-00203 dated July 30, 2008, <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and Environmental Solutions, LLC. <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined <br /> herein and the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Complete biological services assessment and report, wetland and waterways <br /> assessment and permitting, and Joint Permit application, as required, for the <br /> West Bank Path Extension (River Avenue to Beaver Street) federal-aid <br /> Transportation Enhancement project (ODOT #24,796). Contract not to <br /> exceed $70,000.00.
