All required purchasing documents such as drug <br />testing, non collusion etc were included in the request for quotes. <br />After quotes were received additional funding became available and it was decided that Pw <br />Engineering would manage the prof ect. Negotiations commenced and a contractor was selected with <br />reduced unit. prices and a greater scope of work. <br />The current scope and unit prices are within the current bud et were based an cam etitive races <br />g ~ p p s to <br />select a contractor and were value-engineered to meet purchasing requirements balanced with sco e <br />p <br />and budget. We recommend proceeding with a standard City of Eugene Contract for construction. <br />All documents involved in the process are attached to the contract. <br />
