<br />reverter to the State of Oregon, State Land Board, dated March 17, 1960,

<br />43. An easement, created by Instrument, including the terms and provisions
<br />thereof, recorded October 6, 1960, Reception No. 12106, Official Records
<br />Lane County, in favor of the City of Eugene, for a power line easement.
