Oregon, said point being also the most Westerly Northwest corner <br />of Lot 1, Section 34 of said Township and Range, running thence <br />West 30 feet, thence South parallel to the East line of the said <br />Campbell claim 11.05 chains to the Northerly line of that <br />certain tract of land once owned by the Chamber Power Company, <br />thence North 75 3/4° East to the East line of said Campbell <br />claim, thence North to the place of beginning." <br />ALSO: "a right of way over a strip of land 20 feet wide, <br />the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at a <br />point 10 feet North of the middle Southeast corner of the Robert <br />E. Campbell Donation Land Claim No. 59, Township 17 South, Range <br />3 West, Willamette Meridian, and running thence West parallel <br />with the South line of said claim 12.70 chains, thence South 10 <br />feet to a point 30 feet West of the re-entrant corner in the <br />South boundary of said claim No. 59, thence West 8.80 chains to <br />a point 10 feet East of the West boundary of said claim, thence <br />South 4.04 chains to a point 10 feet East and 10 feet South of <br />the Southeast corner of County Survey No. 468, thence West <br />parallel with the South line of said Survey No. 468, 6.79 <br />chains." <br />ALSO: "a right of way for road purposes over a strip of <br />land 20 feet wide, the center line of which strip is described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point 10 feet North of the middle <br />Southeast corner of the said Robert E. Campbell Donation Land <br />Claim No. 59, and running thence West 13.15 chains to a point <br />which is 60 feet West of the angle in the East line of said <br />claim, thence South 10 feet, thence West to a point 10 feet East <br />of the West line of said Donation Land Claim No. 59, thence <br />South 10.90 chains." <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM: All that portion of the above <br />described land lying westerly of the easterly right of way line <br />of Oregon Pacific Highway No. I-5, as conveyed to the State of <br />Oregon and described on Reel 136, Recorder's Reception Number <br />73039 in Lane County Oregon Deed Records. <br />SUBJECT to the following restrictions: <br />The property shall be used for park purposes.
