Send Tax Statements to: <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />17-03-34-24 <br />1000 <br />17-03-34-24 <br />1100 <br />17-03-34-24 <br />1200 <br />17-03-34-24 <br />1300 <br />17-03-34-24 <br />1401 <br />17-03-34-13 <br />7500 <br />17-03-34-32 <br />500 <br />LANE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, <br />hereinafter called GRANTOR, for the true and actual consideration of <br />dollars, <br />does hereby release and quitclaim to the CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, all its right, title and <br />interest in that real property situated in Lane County, State of <br />Oregon, described as follows: <br />Parcels of land lying in the South one-half of the North <br />one-half (S 1/2 N 1/2) and the North one-half of the South <br />one-half (N 1/2 S 1/2) of Section 34, Township 17 South, Range <br />3 West of the Willamette Meridian, Lane County, Oregon, and <br />being all of those tracts of land conveyed to LANE COUNTY, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Oregon, by those certain <br />deeds recorded on the following Reels and corresponding <br />Reception Numbers; R1069/8021054, 8853/7740223, R884/7804265, <br />R834/7708634 and 7708635, R606/21979 and R881/7801150, LANE <br />COUNTY OREGON DEED RECORDS. <br />SUBJECT to the following restrictions: <br />The property shall be used for park purposes.
