26+65.50 POT, said point also being 175.16 feet North of the <br />point of beginning; thence leaving the southerly right of way <br />of said Leo Harris Parkway and running South 175.16 feet to the <br />point of beginning, and there ending, all in Lane County <br />Oregon. <br />EXCEPT THEREFROM: The following tract of land conveyed to Radio <br />Airways, Inc., now know as the Mckenzie River Broadcasting Co., <br />as described in Book 351, Page 388, Lane County Oregon Deed <br />Records, as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the East line of Lot 1, Section 33, <br />Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, <br />733.9 feet South of the intersection of a line running South <br />810 25' East through the stone monument chiseled "P" on top, <br />mentioned as the second monument in the division of land in <br />said Lot 1 and the stone monument as the first monument in the <br />aforesaid division of Lot 1, said point of intersection being <br />about 3.46 chains(228.36 feet) South 810 25' East from the said <br />first monument and about 8.70 chains(574.2 feet) South of the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence West 712 feet; thence <br />South 10° West 156.8 feet; thence South 600 57' East 845.4 feet <br />to the East line of said Lot 1; thence North 564.92 feet to the <br />Place of Beginning, in Lane County, Oregon. EXCEPT that portion <br />conveyed to Lane County by deed dated April 24, 1963 and <br />recorded May 10, 1963, on Reel 218 Recorder's Reception Number <br />10071, Lane County Oregon Deed Records. <br />ALSO EXCEPT: The walkways in the said plats of CHEVY CHASE and <br />BARDELL ESTATES. <br />The tract of land to which this description applies <br />contains 251 acres more or less. <br />Subject to easements, conditions and restrictions of record, and <br />to the following restrictions: <br />1. In accordance with Section 6(f) (3) of the Land and Water <br />onservation Act, the property shall not be wholly or partly converted <br />to other than public outdoor recreation uses without the approval of <br />the National Park Service Regional Director. <br />2. Should a fee be charged for use of this property, the fee shall <br />be the same for all park users regardless of their place of residence. <br />3.
