<br />CTTY OF EUGENE <br />PROPOSAL <br />JOB #4588 <br />TO THE CITY MANAGER <br />EUGENE,OREGON <br />The undersigned Bidderdeclazes: <br />BIDDER: <br />That Bidder has carefully examined and incorporates in this Proposal, by this reference all documents included <br />in the Book of Contract Documents and Specifications for this job which includes but is not lnnited to the Plans, City <br />Standard Specifications and StandardDrawings, Supplemental Specifications and Special Provisions, and City ofEugene <br />Amendment #3, #4 and #5, Addenda, Bid Schedule, Prevailing Wage Rates, Contract Fomi, and Bond Form for <br />DELTA PONDS SOIL AMENDMENT AND SEEDING. <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />That Bidder has made an examination of the site of the proposed work and has made such investigations as are <br />necessary to deterntine the character of the material and the conditions to be encountered, independently ofthe indication <br />on the plans; and that if the Proposal is accepted, Bidder will contract wiW the City of Eugene as provided in the Contract <br />Form, will to the extent of this bid, provide the necessary machinery, tools, appazahis, and other means of construction, <br />and will furnish all material and labor as specified, or called for by the Plans or necessary to complete die work in the <br />manner specified and in accordance with the requirements of the Engineer. <br />The undersigned also agrees that Bidder will order all material and equipment included under tltis contract and <br />will commence work, will have the project completed, and that Bidder will pay liquidated damages to the City for any <br />delay, in accordance with the Contract Documents and Specifications. <br />PROPOSAL-JOB <br />PAGE 1 of 3 <br />
