AMENDMENT TO STATE/LOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> LOCAL GOVERNMENT GRANT PROGRAM <br /> This Amendment No. ~ to OPRD Project # LGP0107 made and entered into on the date of final <br /> signature of this agreement by and between the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Parks <br /> and Recreation Department, hereinafter referred to as the "State", and Ci of Eu¢ene.
