Every attempt to avoid this action has been made, but to provide the best possible <br />quality in service, a priee adjustment is necessary. <br />In accordance with contractual terms requiring advance notification of rate changes, this document serves as notice of a <br />pending rate change, effective January 1, 2009. More specific information regarding your account will be forthcoming over <br />the next several months. <br />In today's competitive environment, information must be expertly managed and not simply stored.
