EXHIBIT C <br />NOTICE TO BE INCLUDED IN CC&Rs <br />THE FOLLOWING IS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CC&Rs FOR EACH LOT WITHIN THE <br />DEVELOPMENT IF THE DEVELOPER HAS ENTERED INTO A STREET TREE PLANTING <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY IN WHICH THE CITY AGREES TO PROVIDE AND <br />PLANT ALL STREET TREES. <br />• The City of Eugene Public Works Maintenance Division is responsible for providing and <br />planting street trees within this development: <br />• The City only plants new street trees during the trees dormant period between the months <br />of November through March. <br />• To get on the list for the City's next planting season, the property owner must contact the <br />office of the Urban Forester at 682-4800. <br />• No trees will be planted until after home or building construction, driveways, sidewalks, <br />and rough landscaping is completed, <br />• The property owner may request the planting of any species of tree included in the City's <br />"Approved Street Tree Species list." which will meet the planting standards contained <br />within City of Eugene Administrative Rule R-7.280. Selection may be limited by <br />availability. <br />• It is recommended that the landscaping design within the parking strip (planting strip) <br />allow for future automated irrigation.
