EXHIBIT C <br />NOTICE TIC BE INCLUDED IN CC&Rs <br />THE FOLLOWING IS TG BE INCLUDED IN THE CC&Rs FOR EACH LOT WITHIN THE <br />DEVELOPMENT IF THE DEVELOPER HAS ENTERED INTO A STREET TREE PLANTING <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY IN WHICH THE CITY AGREES T4 PROVIDE AND PLANT <br />ALL STREET TREES. <br />• The City of Eugene Public works Maintenance Division is responsible for providing and <br />planting street trees within this development. <br />• The City only plants new street trees during the trees dormant period between the months of <br />November through March. <br />• To get on the list for the City's next planting season, the property owner must contact the <br />office of the Urban Forester at 682-4800. <br />• No trees will be planted until after home or building construction, driveways, sidewalks, and <br />rough landscaping is completed. <br />• The property owner may request the planting of any species of tree included in the City's <br />"Approved Street Tree Species list." which will meet the planting standards contained within <br />City of Eugene Administrative Rule R-7.280. Selection may be limited by availability. <br />• It is recommended that the landscaping design within the parking strip (planting strip} allow <br />for future automated irrigation.
