title=31 page=1 <br />otherwise defined as State Highway No. 14, which begins at Prineville and extends southeasterly to a <br />connection with the Central Oregon Highway. Upon the removal of the highway from the state highway <br />system, the department shall be under no further obligation with respect to the construction, reconstruction, <br />maintenance or repair of the highway.
