Highway Revenue Forecast Summary <br /> Table 7 summarizes the updated revenue <br /> forecast. For tractability, it is partitioned into <br /> <br /> two panels. The portion of the table labeled <br /> "7A" contains a consolidation of the results <br /> reported in Tables 4, 5, and 6 developed for <br /> each major division of ODOT. The portion <br /> labeled "7B" shows how the net revenues <br /> available for distribution are apportioned <br /> between counties, cities, and the State <br /> Highway Fund. A separate monthly forecast <br /> of the County/City Apportionments is <br /> available under "Highway Revenue <br /> Apportionment Forecasts" at <br /> http://www.oregon.gov/ODOT/CS/EA/reports <br /> . shtml . <br /> As noted above, the effects of several pieces <br /> of legislation from the 2007 Regular Session <br /> are incorporated in this forecast. SB 994 <br /> (Section 15) is explicitly shown in Table 7B. <br /> HB 2210, insofar it affects the volume of <br /> sales of gasoline, is implicit in the motor fuels <br /> revenue forecast. <br /> 21 <br /> <br />
