TWO TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2006-05407 <br />This Amendment is made to the Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Wetlands Mitigation <br />Credits Contract dated September 1, 2005, between the City of Eugene (City) and Hayden <br />Enterprises, Inc. (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />The Phase 1 `Duration of Phase' date in EXHIBIT A (below table) is now September 29, <br />2006.
