I have went ahead an started a new series of Service Id's/GJN's for the Wetland Projects that are specific to Task Orders/Contracts under DV 96. I am going to start with the new contracts and Project Authorizations that were just sent to PWA. I will have PWE re-issue GJN 4442/4443/4444 to e used for other Capital Projects, so please do not code to them on your timesheets. The new ~eries will only be used for the Wetlands projects that are being set up per Task Order/Contracts and grant tracking. GJN4442 Wetlands-BLM Native Seed 2007 is now DV 96 GJN 100001 (contract #2007-05403) GJN4443 Wetlands-Hansen Site Restoration in now DV 96 GJN 100002 (contract #2007-05404) GJN 4444 Wetlands-Hazardous Fuels Reduction is now DV 96 GJN 100003 (contract #2007-05405) I did have a question about work types that will be used on these "projects". Currently I only show one work type 793 -Wetlands Prgm w/GJN- not WMB (632-9630). Do you only-want to use that same work type for these projects and future or are you wanting/needing to add additional work types? When setting up new Project Authorizations/Contracts for these Task Orders please contact me and I will set up and provide you with a new GJN/Service ID. Jean/Stephanie, or Time Entry the DV will need to be entered as 96 not 93 then the service ID and work type. Kris,
