3. 4J makes repairs to the irrigation system to the remainder on the school grounds. <br />Turf and sports field responsibilities: <br />1. City fertilizes the turf within the "park area" on an as needed basis. <br />2. 4J mows all turf areas. <br />3. 4J is responsible for all other turf and sports field maintenance of the school <br />grounds. <br />Park Premises responsibilities: <br />1. City cleans the restroom Sunday through Saturday. <br />2. 4J locks up Restrooms Monday through Thursday. <br />3. City picks up litter and empties trash cans within the "park premises area" <br />4. City is responsible for the walkways within the "park premises area". <br />5. City is responsible for vandalism and graffiti within the "park premises area". <br />6.
