;~ %
, one hour per week reviewing on-going work of our agreed upon consultant and approximately eight
hours developing EWEB analysis and recommendations for each alternative that is proposed. We
anticipate a maximum of four alternatives being proposed.
Given the City of Eugene's critical needs for funding a backlog of transportation system deficiencies,
time is of the essence in finding the best available option for implementing a billing mechanism for the
TSMF. I hope we can move forward, working together in the spirit of cooperation and efficiency, to
implement a billing approach which meets the City of Eugene's needs while respecting EWEB's decision
not to include a transportation fee on the EWEB bill.
I would be happy to address questions or further discuss this topic at your convenience.
