• The water rights issues on Cedar Creek need to be resolved in order to maintain the flow <br /> from the McKenzie flowing. <br /> • The Cedar Creek/McKenzie River confluence is approximately 1 '/2 miles upstream of <br /> the EWER Hayden Bridge Water Filtration Plant. <br /> • EWEB has done substantial water quality testing in the Cedar Creek basin and the study <br /> should utilize the data. <br /> • A portion of Gray Creek near the school is piped and could potentially be day-lighted. <br /> • A compilation map showing the location of issues and opportunity that have been <br /> identified to date on both of the priority planning corridors would be a helpful planning <br /> tool. <br /> Summary of Public Comments: <br /> <br /> The list below is a generalized summary of the nature of the public comments received as of <br /> February 2005 that are related to issues and opportunities.
