That certain Agreement by and between the State <br />or Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission and the <br />City of Eugene rc;lative to a cooperative agreement for landscaping, <br />beautification and the maintenance thereot for that part of State <br />Highway I-~05 a~ it extenda through the City's h'illamette River <br />South Bank Park. <br />Section 2. That the l~iayor and the City Recorder of the City <br />of Eugene, be, and they are hereby empowered, authorized and directed <br />to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Eugene. <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted thie 26th day of August, 1966. <br />/s/ M.
