That certain agreement between the State of <br />Oregon, acting by and through its S~ate Fiighway Commission, and <br />the City of Eugene, a Municipal Corporation of the State ~of Oregon, <br />a copy of which agreement is hereby attached, marked Exhibit "A", <br />and made a part of this Resolution by reference thereto, be, and <br />the same i5 hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Recvrder be, and they <br />are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behal~ <br />~f the City of Eugene. <br />The foregoing Resolutian adopted this 12th day of July, 1971. <br />/s/ S.
