City sha11; upon completion of State's contract and expiration of the establishment period, accept jurisdiction, maintenance and control of the entire area, including furnishing of irrigation water if necessary, and operate the premises for the enjoyment of the general public without charge or discrimin~tion. Said premises are approximately as shown colored in blue on the attached Exhibit A. 2. City sllall adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor and Recorder to enter into this agreement and ttle same shall be attached hereto and become a part hereof. G~NERAL PROVISIONS: 1. State and City mutually agree and understand that, except as herein expressly modified, the a5reement dated July 27, 1971 shall remain in full force and effect and apply with like foree and effect to this agreement wherever.applicable. The delegation order also authorizes the Administrator and State Highway Engineer to execute the contract on behalf of the Commission.
