' , ~ . .~ ~ ~ ~ <br />, ~ . , . ~. ~ . ~~~.. . . <br />: AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this 4thday of Apr.i1,. 1989, 6y and between <br />Cora1 Constructi.on Company; (a corporation organized and existing under the <br />~ laws of.the State of Oregon, hereinafter called "Contractor"), and the City'of <br />Eugene,`acting by and through the Public Works Department, hereinafter called <br />the "Owner". <br />-- WITNESSETH,.that the Contractor and the Owner for the considerations , <br />stated.herein mutually agree as foll`ows: . <br />ARTICLE 1: STATEMENT OF WORK <br />1.1 The.Contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor; <br />materials~; machinery, tools, equipment and services, including utility and <br />transportation services, and perform and complete all work required for <br />the construction ~of :~ . ~~ <br />~ AIRPORT SIGN PACKAGE <br />. MAHLON SWEET AIRPORT <br />EUGENE, OREGON ~ <br />AIP PROJECT N0. 3-41-0018-07 <br />The improvements consist'of Airport~Signage at the new roadways and <br />parking areas serving Mahlon Sweet_ Airport in Eugene, Lane County; Oregon <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Work").and all required supplemental work <br />in accordance with the Contract Documents, including Addendum Number l, <br />dated February 13,~1989, as prepared under the review of the Owner. The <br />contract i.s further identified as being funded, in part, by the Federal <br />Aviati.on Administrati.on.. • <br />ARTICLE 2. THE CONTRACT SUM <br />2.1 The O~~vner will pay th2 Contractor for performance of the Contract, in <br />current funds, subject to additions and deductions as provided in the <br />Contract Documents, the Contract Sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($146,600.00)~, for.all wor.k identified in the Contract <br />Documents. <br />The Owner has~ el_ected to exercise its right to accept Deductive Alternate <br />Number 3 involving deletion-of the Equipment Procurement in the amount of <br />$23;400.00 as provided in the Bidding Documents which is reflected in the <br />Contract Sum. <br />ARTICIE 3'.
