V- Environmental Consequences -- Other Considerations- <br />This chapter will address: , <br />- Proposed mitigation measures <br />- - Possible conflict with federal, regional, State, and local plans <br />- Pu6lic controversy <br />AvPlan : will submit copies of the -draft EA to the City for preliminary review <br />approximately 16 months from the date- of notice to proceed, and will respond <br />to the review comments within two weeks of receiving them. After revisions <br />are made, the document will be forwarded to the City for distribution to <br />reviewing ;agencies and public locations. Ttiirty (30) copies of the final <br />environmental assessment will be ~repared.Following the City's review of the <br />draft EA and the public hearing (if one is held), AvPlan will revise the draft <br />Environmental Assessment to incorporate responses to the public hearing <br />comments. AvPlan .wi1T also incorporate FAA 'revisions, if necessary, and wilY <br />provide the City with the revised EA. <br />- Coordination: As described above, AvPlan will coordinate closely with the FAA, <br />the City. of Eugene, the Airport, and ~all involved local, regional; and <br />State agencies.
