Army' Corps of Engineers to <br />request input on whether any area affected by the development <br />would be considered a wetland as defined in Executive Order <br />11990, Protection of Wetlands: Contact will also be made with <br />the Lane Council of Governments .(LCOG) and the State of <br />Oregon to ascertain possible wetland impacts. If any area <br />associated with the pro~ect alternatives is considered a wetland, <br />mitigation measures to remedy the impact will be addressed in <br />a subsequent EIS. <br />(12) -Floodplains <br />AvPlan will review Flood Insurance Rate Maps to determine if <br />any land included in the project alternatives lies within a 100- <br />: year floo'dplain.
