' Drawings Sets ~ <br />The City of` Eugene will be responsible for forwarding appropriate <br />numtiers of copies of working papers and plans sets to the FAA. <br />Methodology: ~1. ' Working Papers <br />Working papers documenting each .phase of the study's technical <br />analyses will be prepared and distributed for sponsbr and Advisory <br />Committee review and comment. Twenty, five copies (25) of each. <br />worldng paper will be forwarded to the City "for distribution to the <br />Advisory Gommittee; Working papers will be distributed in advance <br />- ~= of Committee meetings to facilitate review. <br />2. Draft Final Report <br />'`. ~, Worlcing pa~ers will be revised according to City of Eugene/Advisory <br />Committee input and will be combinea to form the draft f'inal report. <br />A;_ copy of the draft final ..technical report will be subinitted for <br />review and approvaT prior to final printing. <br />3. Fina1 Re~iort <br />The draft final:. regort will _ be revised to respond to additional <br />~ comments; this do,curnent will then become the final report. Fifty <br />(50). copies of the final technical report will be:produced. <br />~ 4. Summar~Report <br />An effective summary re~ort will be prepared to recap the highiights <br />- of the Master Plan: This summary report will be written so .that it <br />can easily be understood by the~ general public. The format of the . <br />summary ~ report, which is typically provided as a public information <br />tool; will be determined fhrough discussions with the sponsor; 250 <br />copies`of the;.executive summary will be produced. <br />5. Drawings Set <br />The airport plans package was .described in detail in Element 8;-.'15 <br />_ copies of the`ALP package will be prepared.
