What are ~the Airport's fixed land uses and what areas are <br />• available for nonaeronautical or commercial uses? <br />' With the answers to these questions available from prior analysis, it <br />will be possible to determine the parcels available for other <br />'~ development, such as a hotel site' ~and/or other commercial <br />developments. Once these areas have been identified, the <br />alternatives analysis will explore these and other commercial <br />development options: The analysis will; review options for using <br />parcels which are undeveloped along with exploring alternatives for <br />the redevelopment of those parcels that have leases that will expire <br />in the short term.
