Element 10: Terminal Area Plan <br />Description: The alternatives analysis will thoroughly address the future terminal <br />layouts: Final recommendations for. the terminal area will be <br />translated into a Terminal Area Plan. <br />Methodology: Similar to ~ the ALP, the Terminal~ Area Plan will include drawings <br />that depict existing and planned (five-, 10-, and 20-year) <br />development. For future development, it will depict overall <br />dimensions and relation'ships of such facilities as air cargo, hangars, <br />service buildings, adminstration/terminal building, automobile <br />parking, entrance roads, aircraft apron, crash/fire/rescue, and <br />maintenance facilities. In addition, the Part 77 lirrutmg contours <br />will be included. The Terminal Area Plan will also depict above- <br />ground utilities. <br />Output: Drawings will be ~developed to depict the phased implementation of <br />facilities in the terminal area. This will include items such as the <br />terminal/administration area, cargo, FBO areas, hangar areas, fuel <br />facilities, and other support facilities. Expansion options as <br />~ identified from the terminal area alternatives analysis will be <br />. included in this plan. <br />Coordinarion: Coordination will continue with the FAA, the City of Eugene, and <br />Airport staff during this phase of the study.
