Contract and, in the event parties do not agree within <br />60 days of such notice either party may arbitrate the <br />' dispute as provided in paragraph,l2 of this Contract. <br />4. Contract Administration. Each party designates the <br />following as its representative for purposes of administering <br />this Contract: <br />MWiKC; R. Kip Burdick <br />Katherine~Schacht <br />City: Harry Dennis <br />Either party may change its designated representative by giving <br />written notice to the other as provided in paragraph 11 of this <br />Contract. <br />5. Records Ins ection. Both parties shall maintain a record <br />related to this Contract for a period of not less than three <br />full fiscal years following City's completion of this Contraet. <br />Upon reasonable advance notice either party or its authorized <br />representatives may from time to time inspect, audit and make <br />copies of any or all of the other party's records that relate to <br />this Contract. <br />6. Audit. Any audit of either party's records shall be <br />completed within one year of completion of the Work.
