~ ~ <br />• • <br />(1) the amount of assessements which have been <br />deferred .(6oth for the quarter and cumulatively); <br />(2) the.amount of Contract principal and interest <br />repayments which have been received by the Public Agency <br />(botli for:the quarter and cumulatively); <br />(3) the principal amount which is unpaid under all <br />~ outstanding £ontracts;, <br />(4); the amount of any Advance which, as of the <br />last~day of ttie calerid'ar quarter for which the report is <br />made, had been disbursed to the Public Agency but not yet <br />used,.to.defer as:sessments; <br />(5)- the number of fiouses of which the Public <br />Agency is aware which were soYd for which Contracts were in <br />effect and: the outstanding principal amount due under such <br />Contracts {both for the~quarter and cumulatively); <br />(6) the number of Contracts for which payments are <br />delinquent,, the pri:neipal amount outstanding under the <br />deli"nquen~f Contracts, the amounts which are delinquent, the <br />length of the delinquencies, and the steps taken by the City <br />to cure the.delinquincies; and, <br />(7) such additional information as the Department <br />may reasonably request. <br />E. Depar:tment Reports. The Department shall submit <br />quarterly aceounting reports to the Public Agency, not later than <br />forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of each calendar <br />quarter. Each aceounting report shall contain the following <br />information: <br />(1) the amount and date of disbursement of each <br />Advance; <br />(2) the amounts and dates of payments received <br />from~the.Public Agency since tYie date of tfiis Agreement; and, <br />(3) the outstanding principal balance and the ~• <br />accrued, unpaid interest due on all Advances as of the last <br />day of ttie previous calendar quarter. <br />F. Segregated Account. The Public Agency shall <br />establish a separate Assessment Deferral Account, which shall <br />have an Advance Subaccourit and a Repayment Subaccount. All <br />Advances shall be depos_ited in the Advance Subaccount. Money in <br />`the Advance Su6accourit shal~l be used only to defer assessments in <br />accordance with this Agreement, and to repay Advances.
