' ~ <br />. . . • <br />Exhibit B <br />COMPENSATION <br />~ <br />~ <br />The City agrees to compensate the.Artist $13,000, which constitutes full <br />compensation for all services, materials, travel, delivery, handling, instal- <br />lation, and other related costs necessary to be furnished and supplied under <br />the terms of this Agreement. <br />This fixed fee is to be paid in installments, as follows: <br />1. 1/3 upon the signing of this Contract by both parties. <br />2. 1/3 when all waxes of the models are completed and approved by the City. <br />3. 1/3 upon written acceptance by the City of the installed sculptures. <br />The Artist must submit an,invoice and a summary report for each payment; <br />payment by the City will.be made within 30 days.
