~ ~. <br />Exhibit 6- <br />COMPENSATION <br />The City agrees to compensate the Art~ist $13,000, which constitutes full <br />compensation for all services, materi-als, travel,. del°ivery,:handling; instal- <br />lation, and other related costs necessary.to be,furnished and supplied under <br />the terms of this Agreement. -~ <br />This fixed fee is to be paid in installments, as follows: . <br />1. 1/3 upon the signing of this Contract by both parties. <br />2. 1/3 when all waxes of the models are completed and approved by the City. <br />3. 1/3 upon written acceptance by the City of the installed sculptures. <br />The Artist must submit an invoice_and a summary report for each payment; <br />payment by the City will be made within 30 days.
