This represents <br />costs from the effective date of the contract through April 1, 1991. The <br />drawdown request is for a total of $399,163, representing the full loan amount <br />of $222,462 and a grant amaunt;of $176,701. A summary of project costs and <br />copies of invoices, the final contract payment and payments for miscellaneous <br />costs are attached to the Cash' Request Form. Because the project has extended <br />over two fiscal years, I have also included a spreadsheet that lists types of <br />costs by project, by fiscal year, to make your comparison of supporting <br />documentation with :the payment request easier. <br />I would like .to request revis.ion of the project budget to reflect the actual <br />expected project expenses at this point. As you know, the project consisted <br />of two components: reconstruction of Terry Street and the creation of the <br />"Split Flow Channel", a new storm water channel at the back of the Spectra- <br />Physics development. The Terry Street improvement project is now completed, <br />and we are able to more accurately estimate the remaining costs on the Split <br />Flow Channel. The Terry Street project has cost more than originally <br />estimated, while we will have cost savings on the Split Flow Channel. In <br />addition, tfi ere were no sanitary sewer.system improvements in the Terry Street <br />project, so no funds will be required under that line item in the budget. <br />Therefore, I~would like .to make the following revisions to the approved SPWF <br />project budget: <br />1. Reduce Line 2. - Sanitary Sewer Improvements - from $3,160 to $-0- <br />2. Reduce Line 8. - Split Flow Channel Acquisition - from $108,470 to <br />$45,760 : <br />3. Increase Line 4. Road and Bridge Improvements - from $237,476 to <br />$303,346. <br />
