~~ ` <br />1.3 The contractor must coordinate with the City and the research <br />contractor to ensure that the survey research work (contracted for separate- <br />ly) gathers all necessary informatiEn nee~ied for the development of the <br />strategy recommendations outlined above under "Project Goals". <br />1.4 Contractor must;conduct such additional research as is necesary to <br />develop strategy recommendations, including conducting 12 community leader <br />interviews, analyz~ing survey results, and conducting a voter analysis, which <br />must include a review of voting histories~, review of news clippings, and <br />discussions with key stakeholders. <br />1.5 Contractor must~compile a brief written summary of its research, <br />its working assumptions and its recommended strategies including identifica- <br />tion of key stakeholders and target messages, and recommendation of communi- <br />cations strategies including effective media for communications, communica- <br />tions tools and ~tivities, feedback mechanisms. <br />s <br />1.6 The Contractor must conduct an informal oral presentation of the <br />public information strategy recommendations for City staff. <br />1.7 The Contractor must provide 10 hours of consultation during the <br />implementation of the public information strategy recommendations. <br />1.7.a. The contractor must provide review and advice on major <br />communications'p'roducts produced by the City for the River Road <br />Sanitary Sewer-Annexation Project. <br />1.7.b. The Cont~ractor must make recommendations for modifying the <br />public informati;on strategy recommendations based on the results <br />of tracking studies conducted during implementation of the strate- <br />gies. <br />1.8 The contractor must deliver the initial wr.itten public information <br />strategy recommendations to the City by June 1, 1990. <br />~ <br />1.9 The City understands that any additional consulting work will be <br />billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour. <br />2. Time for Completion. , <br />; _ <br />Contractor shall commence the work on February 14, 1990, and shall <br />complete the work prior to June 2, 1990. <br />3. Consideration. <br />The consideration which City shall pay to the Contractor for the <br />work, including any expenses incurred by Contractor 'in performing the work, <br />shall be an amount not to exceed $7,320.00, payable upon receipt of monthly <br />billings from the contract'or. <br />Personal Services Contract - 2 <br />
