8.2 Worker's Compensation Insurance, <br />If Contractor is an individual and will perform the Work without the <br />help of others, Contractor shall nevertheless maintain a personal policy of <br />worker's compensation coverage. If Contractor will perform the Work with the <br />help of others, Contractor;shall comply with the Oregon worker's compensation <br />law by qualifying as a carrier-insured employer or as a self-insured employer <br />and shall strictly comply with all other applicable provisions of such law. <br />Contractor shall provide C;ity with such further assurances as City may re- <br />quire from time to time that Contractor is in compliance with these worker's <br />compensation coverage requirements and the worker's compensation law. <br />8.3 Compre~i nsive Automobile Liability. <br />Contractor shall.maintain automobile liability insurance coverage of not <br />less than $500,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, <br />personal injury or property damage. <br />8.4 Professiona1 Liability. <br />~ <br />Contractor main;tain a professional liabilaty insurance policy with <br />coverage of not less t million, a deducti:ble of not more than $10,000, <br />to protect Contractor from'cla or professional acts, errors or omissions <br />arising from the Work. This policy e written on a"claims made" form. <br />The policy shall contain an_endorsement en ' ing-City to not less than 60 <br />days prior written notice of any material change, onrenewal or cancellation <br />of such policy. Contractor shall maintain the profes ' al liability insur- <br />ance coverage for at least;;one year after completion of th ork. ~ <br />9. Subcontracting. , <br />~ <br />d''~ <br />Contractor shall not 'subcontract the Work, in whole or in part, without <br />City's pr.ior written appro;~al. Contractor shall require any approved subcon- <br />tractor to agree, as to the portion subcontracted, to comply with all obliga- <br />tions of Contractor spec:ifaed in this contract. Notwithstanding City's <br />approval of a subcontracto'r, Contractor shall r.emain obligated for full <br />performance of this contra,ct and City shall incur no obligation to any sub- <br />contractor. Contractor shall.indemnify, defend and hold City harmless from <br />all claims of subcontractors. <br />10.
