. - :; <br />CONTRACT #92-00255 <br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, An Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation (City) <br />AND: Cameron.& McCarthy, Landscape Architects (Contractor) <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of Landscape Architecture. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in <br />this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the <br />terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit - A City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit - B Fee Schedule <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. <br />Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work"): <br />West Eugene Parkway - Good Job No. 2297 <br />Generally perform consultation, research, data gathering, and schematic de- <br />sign. <br />Work at the direction of the Public Works Engineering Division staff to de- <br />velop illustrative plans and details necessary to clearly explain the pro- <br />posed design of the West Eugene Parkway to various local and state agencies <br />as it relates to landscaping, drainage, and wetland issues. <br />2. Time for Completion. <br />Contractor shall commence the work on February 12, 1992, and shall com- <br />plete the work prior to February 21, 1992. <br />Personal Services Contract - 1 <br />C~ <br />
