If Contractor will perform the Work with the <br />help of others, Contractor shall comply with the Oregon worker's compensation <br />law by qualifying as a carrier-insured employer or as a self-insured employer <br />and shall strictly comply with all other applicable provisions of such law. <br />Contractor shall provide City with such further assurances as City may re- <br />quire from time to time that Gontractor is in compliance with these worker's <br />comperrsation coverage requirements and the worker's compensation law. <br />8.3 Comprehens~ive Automobile Liability. <br />Contractor shall.maintain automobile liability insurance coverage of not <br />less than~$500,000 combined single limit per occurence for bodily injury, <br />personal. injury or property damage. ~~ <br />8.4 Professional Liability. ~~.~'" <br />~ <br />Con r, shall maintain a professional liability insuranc ' y with <br />coverage of not 1es $1 million, a deductible of e than $10,000, <br />to protect Contractor-from c or profes ' .acts, errors or omissions <br />arising from the Work.~ This polic. itten on a"claims made" form. <br />The policy shall contain- rsement.entit ~ '~ to not less than 60 <br />days prior writ ice of any material change, nonren~e a~~ cancellation <br />of su' cy. Subcontractin <br />Contractor shall not subcontract the Work, in whole or in part, without <br />City's prior writterr approval. Contractor shall require any approved subcon- <br />tractor to agree, as to the portion subcontracted, to comply with all obliga- <br />tions of Contractor specified in this cont~ract. Notwithstanding City's ap- <br />proval of a subcontractor, Contractor shall remain obligated for full perfor- <br />mance of this contract and City shall incur no obligation to any subcontrac- <br />tor. Contractor shall indemnify, defend and hold City harmless from all <br />claims of subcontractors. <br />Personal Services Contract - 4 <br />
