;' ~ . <br />Contract 92-253 <br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene,,an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation (City) <br />AND: Donald Gilman (Contractor) <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of Consultant - Civil Engineering. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in <br />this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the <br />terms and conditions set forth herein. ~ <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit A- City.of.Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit B - Rate Schedule <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. <br />Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work" ) : <br />Good job #2684 - GLENWOOD SANITARY SEWER DESIGN FLOWS. <br />The Contractor shall determine the build-out, sanitary sewer flows for <br />the Glenwood and Lane Community College basins. The flows shall be deter- <br />mined by using the land use tables created by LCOG (Lane Council of Govern- <br />ments), and the current city design criteria. The flows shall be determined <br />for each trunk line in the basins. <br />2. Time for Completion. <br />Contractor shall commence the work on February 5, 1992, and shall com- <br />plete the work prior to April 5, 1992. <br />3. Consideration. <br />The consideration which City shall pay to Contractor, for both the work <br />performed by Contractor and the expenses incurred by Contractor in performing <br />the work, shall not exceed $1,500:00, based on the schedule of rates de- <br />scribed on the attached Exhibit B. City shall make progress payments, based <br />on mo.nthly invoices from Contractor, together with a progress report contain- <br />- ing a summary of the work completed for which payment is requested. <br />Personal Services Contract - 1 <br />
