.1 Comprehensive General Liability. <br />Contractor maintain a broad form comprehensive liability <br />insurance policy with co of not less than $5 combined single <br />limit per occurrence, with aggreg $1 on, for bodily injury, per- <br />sonal injury or property damage. S all contain a contractual <br />liability endorsement to cov ractor's indemn ion obligations under <br />this contract. The shall also contain an endorseme ing City as <br />an additional ' ed, in a form satisfactory to City, and express id- <br />ing t e interest of City shall not be affected by Contractor's breach <br />icy provisions. <br />8.2 Worker's Compensation Insurance. <br />. If Contractor will perform the Work with the ~~~ <br />help of others, Contractor shall comply with the Oregon worker's compensation <br />law by qualifying as a carrier-insured employer or as a self-insured employer C~~~ <br />and shall strictly comply with all other applicable provisions of such law. <br />Contractor shall provide City with such further assurances as City may re- <br />quire from time to time that Contractor is in compliance with these worker's <br />compensation coverage requirements and the worker's compensation law. <br />8.3 Comprehensive Automobile Liability. <br />Contractor shall maintain automobile liability insurance coverage of not <br />less than $500,000 combined single limit per occurence for bodily injury, <br />personal injury or property damage. <br />.4 Professional Liability. <br />~ <br />Contractor s intain a professional liabili ' urance policy with <br />coverage of not less than~'1~ ' ion, a deduc~' o not more than $10,000, <br />to protect Contractor from claims o ssional acts, errors or omissions <br />arising from the Work. This may be wri n a"claims made" form. <br />The policy shall cont ' endorsement entitling City less than 60 <br />days prior wri otice of any material change, nonrenewal or lation <br />of suc cy. Contractor shall maintain the professional liability ins <br />coverage for at least one year after completion of the Work. <br />9. Subcontracting. <br />Contractor shall not subcontract the Work, in whole or in part, without <br />City's prior written approval. Contractor shall require any approved subcon- <br />tractor to agree, as to the portion subcontracted, to comply with all obliga- <br />tions of Contractor specified in this contract. Notwithstanding City's ap- <br />proval of a subcontractor, Contractor shall remain obligated for full perfor- <br />mance of this contract and City shall incur no obligation to any subcontrac- <br />tor. Contractor shall indemnify, defend and hold City harmless from all <br />claims of subcontractors. <br />Personal Services Contract - 4 <br />
