91-287 <br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City.of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation (City) <br />AND: Donald Gilman (Contractor) <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of Consulting Engineer. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to prov,ide the services described in <br />this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the <br />terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit A-- City o~f Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit B -- Rate Schedule <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. <br />Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work"): ~ <br />Urban Sanitary Sewer Master Plan - Job 2438. <br />Consultant to assist and coordinate staff in the completion and printing <br />of the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan. <br />2. Time for Completion. <br />Contractor shall commence the work on December 31, 1992, and shall com- <br />plete the work prior to April 1, 1992. <br />3. Consideration. <br />The consideration which City shall pay' to Contractor for the work, in- <br />cluding any expenses incurred by Contractor in performing the work, shall be <br />$2,500,00 based on the attached Rate Schedule, and payable upon completion of <br />the work. <br />Persona.l Services Contract - 1 <br />
