(Contractor) <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in <br />this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the <br />terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />EXHIBIT A- CITY OF EUGENE STANDARD CONTRACT PROVISIONS <br />EXHIBIT B- STATEMENT OF WORK <br />EXHIBIT C- SCHEDULE OF RATES <br />AGREEMENT <br />Services to be Provided. <br />1. <br />Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the' <br />Work"): <br />FIRE STATION #4 EMERGENCY RE-ROOF, JOB NUMBER 2791. <br />THE STATEMENT OF WORK IS CONTAINED IN EXHIBIT 6. <br />2. Time for Completion. <br />Contractor shall commence the work on DECEMBER 2, 1991, and shall com- <br />plete the work prior to DECEMBER 30, 1991. <br />3. Consideration. <br />The consideration which City shall pay to the Contractor for the basic <br />services described in Exhibit B, shall be $3,700.00, payable upon completion <br />of the work. - <br />Personal Services Contract - 1 <br />FIRE STATION #4 ROOF <br />
