EXHIBIT B <br />STATEMENT OF WORK <br />1. Provide Contract Documents consisting of Specifications and Drawings for <br />the re-roofing of Fire Station #4 at 900 McKinley Street in Eugene, Oregon. <br />2. The extent of work.for e EXHIBIT g.iarious portions of roof is designated <br />in the attached sketch, <br />3. The Contract Documents will address flashing systems, downspouts and <br />gutters, preparations for re-roofing, additional venting of attic spaces, <br />and waterproof coverings for the exposed C.M.V. parapet walls. <br />4. Provide one set of reproducible Contract Documents for the Owner's use in <br />securing bids. <br />5. The Owner shall provide Division 0 and Bidding Documents, and shall be <br />responsible for the bid procurement process. <br />6. The Architect shall visit the site twice during the construction phase. <br />7. 7he Architect shall complete the Contract Documents for the Owner within <br />four weeks of receipt of an executed Contract for the work. The Architect <br />shall complete the site visits when the progress of the work and weather <br />conditions warrant. <br />Items 1 through 7 above describe the basic services to be provided under this <br />agreement. The Owner agrees to compensate the Architect the fixed fee of <br />$3,700.00 for the performance of basic services. <br />Additional services which may be requested by the Owner are as follows: <br />q. Conferences with Owner's representative and with Bidders during the <br />bidding phase. <br />B. Conferences with Owner's representative and with Contractor(s) and <br />additional on-site observations during the construction phase. <br />Compensation for Additional Services shall be paid to the Architect in accordance <br />with the hourly rates listed in EXHIBIT C. <br />Reimbursable expenses such as for copying documents, printing, long distance <br />telephone calls, and mileage shall be bil1ed at direct cost. It is anticipated <br />that the City's copy shop will be providing all duplication services for bidding <br />documents. <br />Total fee for Basic Services, Additional Services A, B, C, and reimbursable <br />expenses shall not exceed $4,999.00. <br />
