(Contractor) <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES. <br />6. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in <br />this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the <br />terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C.
