This amendment adjusts the grant <br /> award to match the actual eligible grant expenditures on the project, as <br /> determined by the Corps of Engineers. The grant overpayment noted on Line 22 <br /> of the amended grant ,was refunded to the EPA in February, so there is no <br /> balance due to the EPA at this time. <br /> Please keep us advised of the timeframe for an audit on this project.
