Contractor is engaged in the business of providing assistance to design <br />the information system for tracking the Public Works Department management <br />practice audit. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in <br />this agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the <br />terms and conditions set.forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit - A City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit - B Statement of Work and Schedule of Rates <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. <br />Contractor agrees to provide to City the foll.owing services ("the <br />Work"): <br />The statement of work is contained in attached Exhibit B. <br />2. Time for Completion. <br />~ <br />Contractor shall commence the work on upon signing of contract, and <br />shal l compl ete the work pri or to -Ap~ri~ 16~. ~Q93. <br />~~ ~ J <br />3. Consideration. ~~~~ <br />~ The consideration which City shali pay to Contractor, for both the work <br />performed by Contractor and the expenses incurred by Contractor in performing <br />the work, shall not exceed $3,300, based on the schedule of rates described <br />on the attached'Exhibit B. City shall make progress payments, based on month- <br />ly invoices from Contractor, together with a progress report containing a <br />summary of the work completed for which payment is requested.
