The lookup files are used to define these entities (categories, divisions, code <br />sources, and agencies) for the Audit file to insure the accuracy of any data entry. <br />The intent of this design is to make the data as flexible as possible to meet <br />whatever needs you may have. I arrived at this proposal after our brief ineeting, <br />so obviously there may be points that will need further discussion. I am confident, <br />however that this design can be adjusted and enhanced through time to provide <br />you with the information that you will need. I can also build in a security system <br />so that you could assign rights to each individual to access any part or all <br />features in the system. <br />My estimate based on this design is that it would take approximately 60 hours for <br />me to develop this system (at our rate of $55 per hour.)
