The following is a brief sketch of the <br />design I would envision for this the first phase of this system based on our <br />discussion: <br />Primary File <br />- File of Audits <br />Lookup Files <br />- Categories <br />- Divisions <br />- Code Sources <br />- Agencies <br />Automated Processes <br />- Separate Master and Secondary versions of the program. <br />- Master copy to allow input data from Secondary copies. <br />- Ability in Master copy to designate an audit as having been ~eviewed. <br />- Option in Master copy to overwrite previous copies of an audit practice <br />or add it separately to be reviewed. <br />- Option in Secondary copies to select which practices to copy to a <br />diskette to be inputted into the Master copy. <br />Reports <br />- Ability to print all details of one or more practices. <br />~ <br />Documentation <br />- A brief user document explaining keyboard conventions and <br />requirements. <br />
