(Contractor) <br />RECITALS <br />___.___--- <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of health and safety training and <br />consulting. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in <br />this: agreement and Contractor is willing to provide such services on the <br />terms and conditions set forth fierein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit - A City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit - B Scope of Work <br />Exhibit - C Cost Extimate <br />AGREEMENT <br />~ <br />1. Services to be Provided.. <br />Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work" ) : <br />The statement of work is contained in attached Exhibit - B. <br />2. Time for Completion. <br />Contractor shall c~ommence the work on JuTy 13,,1993, and shall complete <br />the work pri'o'r to September 30, Y993. <br />3. Consideration. <br />The consideration which City shall pay to Contractor, for both the work <br />performed by Contractor and the expenses incurred by Contractor in performing <br />the work, shall not exceed $3,120, based on the schedule of rabasedeonrmonth- <br />on the attached Exhibit C. City shall make progress payments, <br />}y invoices:from Contractor, together with a progress report containing a <br />summary of the work completed for which paym~ent is~requested.
